Several clients have asked us about their recently received tax bills. In many cases the previous owner is still listed as the legal owner at the Santa Cruz County Assessor's Office. We've discovered that Santa Cruz County is 5 months behind in updating their records.
If you receive what you consider to be an incorrect tax bill, or if you do not receive a bill at all, please visit the tax collector website http://www.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/ttc/ and review your information.
If your information is incorrect, you can call (831)454-2510 to resolve the inaccuracy.
